First of all i want to appologise to :iconbob-dude: but i have not quite finished the second part of your request...sorry.

Now on to the picture, Christie from Dead or Alive in the outfit from her final clipscene...a very memorable one for many people XD
(if you dont know about it, then youtube it, 'Christie DOA4', the video on there is dark but you get the gist of it)
